The Estimate App ("the Service") is an AI-powered construction estimating platform developed and operated by The Estimate App Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The Service analyses architectural drawings and structural documents to generate indicative material and labour cost estimates for UK construction projects. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.

IMPORTANT: All estimates produced by the Service are INDICATIVE ONLY. They are generated by artificial intelligence and are NOT: • A formal quotation or tender document • A guarantee of final project cost • A Building Regulations compliance certificate • Professional architectural, engineering, or quantity surveying advice You must obtain formal quotations from licensed contractors and qualified professionals before committing to any construction project. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated estimates.

You agree to: • Provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information when using the Service • Only upload drawings and documents for which you have the right to do so • Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access You are solely responsible for the accuracy of project details you enter and for any decisions made based on Service outputs.

The Estimate App platform, including its software, design, branding, and AI models, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Estimate App Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal business purposes. You retain full ownership of any architectural drawings or documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of generating your estimate. We do not claim ownership of your drawings.

Your documents are processed by third-party AI providers (including but not limited to Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) in accordance with their respective data processing agreements. We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage and pricing data to improve our models and service. Individual drawings are NOT used for AI model training without your explicit per-upload consent. You may choose to grant or withhold this consent each time you submit a project.

Free tier: A limited number of estimates per period as displayed in your account dashboard. Pro tier: Unlimited estimates, subject to fair use policy. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We provide the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service • Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or for any other legitimate business reason, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your project data may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email or in-app notification and require you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. The current version and effective date are noted at the top of this document.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at legal@estimateapp.co.uk.
